Toura Golf S- Spec Wedge 56 deg
 
The new Gen. 2 Toura Golf S- Spec wedge is a true work of art. Each head is forged and finished by hand in Ichikawa (Himeji) Japan from soft S25C Japanese steel. The heads have an aggressive leading edge, mid bounce configuration, and are slightly rounded with a multi cut sole and heel. From a playing perspective, it's designed to be versatile and usable for a range of swing types with good workability. With this said, given the weight and profile of the head, this wedge is generally more suited for mid and low handicappers looking for a premier Japan forged feel. The head comes in a raw steel grain with a brushed black oxide finish and a pure raw grain finish which will rust. In true Toura Golf form, these wedges come completely blank without any logos or branding. They are simply marked ‘Made in Japan’/‘Forged’ on the head with the degree on the sole. Available in a verity of lofts. 
 
These wedges are an exceptional value with comparable wedges from the same place, made forged from the same steel, selling for considerably more. The Himeji region of Japan arguably produces the finest golf clubs in the world and these wedges keep true to that tradition.
